What is the difference between light and heavy refurbishment finance?

With a Glide loan we don’t differentiate between the two. Some lenders will charge extra the more works that need to be done but at Glide a refurb is a refurb!

How is a refurbishment loan different to a regular Bridging loan?

A refurbishment loan is different because it will also cover the costs you need to do the refurbishment as well as funds to buy the property, while a normal bridging loan just covers some percentage of the acquisition costs.
